We transcribe:

• Focus groups- We transcribe focus groups with or without tracking (where participants are identified using a fake human name or numerical identifier) depending on the number of participants. We transcribe focus groups of any size, but recommend groups of 8 participants or less.
  

• Interviews- We transcribe 1:1 (one interviewer and one participant) interviews or interviews that have more than 1 interviewer or participant.

Note: If you use our transcription services along with our data analysis services, we request that you submit your focus groups and/or interviews as you conduct them, not all at once at the end.
